A study of Animal Crossing: New Horizons to evaluate UX/UI practices in game. Project was completed as an assignment for ELVTR's Ux/UI design in gaming course.

Using a color blind test some of the text came up hard to read and color was updated

  • Learned more about player behavior and what that looks like to UX/UI designers

  • Put UX/UI practices into game context

Post-mortem:

This project was a great way to dive into UX/UI with game context. Given more time, I would love to use tools like photoshop to go more in depth on this project.
